Motion authorizing a construction contract to Tri Con Works, LLC of Baytown Texas, for
the construction of Cefe Valenzuela Landfill Gas Collection System 3C in an amount not
to exceed $822,376.50 and authorize a professional services contract amendment No. 1
to SCS Engineers, Houston Texas, to provide Construction Quality Assurance (CQA)
services in an amount of $125,791.00 for a restated fee not to exceed amount of
$154,291.00, located outside of city limits, with FY 2023 funding available from
Certificate of Obligation.
At a meeting of the City Council on 4/25/2023, this Motion was passed.

I, the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that the money required
for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described
below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
by the City Council.
