Motion ratifying and re-enacting the amendment to Ordinance No. 021073
adopted on January 29, 1991, placing on the election ballot for April 6,
1991, the question of whether Ord/nance No. 21001, i~creasing City utility
rates, should be repealed. The motion was amended to add the wording "that
is presently being collected,, on the ballot following the wording
'~astewater rates by 9.5%."
