Motion approving a supply agreement for hot tap fittings in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. BI-0122-91 with T. D. Williamson Co., Tulsa, Oklahoma, based on sole
source for an estimated annual expenditure of $65,855. The term of the contract
shall be for twelve months with an option to extend for up to an additional twelve
months subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee.
These fittings will be stored in the Warehouse and used by the Gas Department.
Funds have been budgeted for FY 90-91.
