Motion awarding a professional services contract to Hazen and Sawyer, Corpus Christi,
Texas, to provide a condition and operational assessment; an alternatives analysis; and
design, bid and construction phase services for flocculator replacement at the O.N.
Stevens Water Treatment Plant, in an amount not to exceed $1,665,622.00 with FY 2023
funding available from Water Capital Fund.

below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
by the City Council.
