A quorum of the City Council may attend. If a quorum is present, this will be considered
an open, public meeting during the time a quorum is present. However, as a
governmental body, the City Council will not vote, order, decide, deliberate, or otherwise
take any Council action on any items discussed.

1. 23-1090 a. Proclamation declaring July 4, 2023, as the "46th Annual City of Corpus
Christi Mayor's Big Bang Celebration Day."
b. Proclamation declaring June 30, 2023, as "National Food Truck Day."
c. Proclamation declaring June 25 - July 1, 2023, as "National Waste &
Recycle Workers Week."
d. Recognition for two Solid Waste Employees.
e. Swearing -In Ceremony for Newly Appointed Board, Commission,
Committee and Corporation Members.
