Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Nueces County
Community Action Agency which provides $64,000 from the 16th Year (~990) CDBG
Program to continue the Home Weatherization Rehabilitation program for repairs
such as handicap access ramps, inner walls, bathrooms or other minor repairs to
dwelling units which qualify under the program guidelines.
