A quorum of the City Council may attend. If a quorum is present, this will be considered
an open, public meeting during the time a quorum is present. However, as a

take any Council action on any items discussed.

Nation Distinguished Principal for Texas Award.

Month."
d. Commendation recognizing Calallen Lady Wildcats Softball Team, as
State Champions.
