Motion approving a supply agreement for C-900 PVC pipe in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. BI-0124-91 with Davis-McAllen Pipe and Supply, Corpus Christi,
Texas, based on total Iow bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $307,060. The
term of the agreement shall be for twelve months with an option to extend for up to
an additional twelve months subject to the approval of the supplier and the City
Manager or his designee. This pipe will be used by the Water and Wastewater
Departments. Funds have been budgeted for FY 90-91 by the using departments.
