Patrick Leahy Bulletproof Vest Partnership Grant for partial
reimbursement of the purchase of body armor; and appropriating
$3,257.57 in the Police Grants Fund.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept funding in the amount of $3,257.57 from the Bureau of Justice
Assistance under the FY 2022 Patrick Leahy Bulletproof Vest Partnership Grant.
SECTION 2. That $3,257.57 is appropriated in the No. 1061 Police Grants Fund for the
partial reimbursement of the purchase of Level 11 body armor.
