Motion authorizing execution of a five-year service agreement with Arbitrage Compliance
Specialists, Inc., of Greenwood Village, Colorado, for $83,470.00, to provide arbitrage

which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments
are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council.
