A quorum of the City Council may attend. If a quorum is present, this will be considered
an open, public meeting during the time a quorum is present. However, as a

take any Council action on any items discussed.

1. 23-1445 a. Commendation recognizing Gloria Everett as, August Teacher of the
Month.
b. Commendation recognizing Kings Barber Shop for their service to our
community for over five decades.
c. Commendation recognizing Adopt -a -Park Partners for their volunteer
service to our community.
d. Proclamation declaring the month of August 2023, as "Life Insurance
Awareness Month."
