Motion authorizing a one-year service agreement, with two one-year options, with Sylvia
Ann Barton dba Leroy and Richards Automotive, of Corpus Christi, for Tight fleet vehicle
repairs and service for the Corpus Christi Fire Department, with a one-year amount not to
exceed $67,485.00 and a potential total amount not to exceed $202,455.00 if both
one-year options are exercised, with FY 2023 funding of $5,625.00 from the General
Fund.

1, the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly
authorized representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that
the money required for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation
or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from
which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments
are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council.
