Motion authorizing execution of a one-year service agreement, with two one-year
options, with Rush Truck Centers of Texas, LP, dba Rush Truck Center - Corpus
Christi, of Robstown in an amount not to exceed $224,375.00, and a potential amount
up to $673,125.00 if options are exercised, for repairs and servicing of Peterbilt, Hino
and Isuzu trucks and miscellaneous equipment for Asset Management - Fleet, with no
funding required for FY 2023, and funding in future fiscal years subject to budget
approval.
At a meeting of the City Council on 9/5/2023, this Motion was passed.
