Adopting the Corpus Christi Fiscal Year 2023 — 2024 Capital Budget in the
amount of $703,026,801 as amended by the schedule of adjustments,
beginning October 1, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the Fiscal Year 2023 — 2024 Capital Budget in the amount of $703,026,801
is hereby adopted, subject to the attached Schedule of Adjustments. A copy of the Fiscal Year
2023 — 2024 Capital Budget will be filed in the Office of the City Secretary.
That the foregoing ordinance was read for the first time and passed to its second reading on this
