ARINC, Incorporated for space on the ground floor of the Corpus Christi
International Airport terminal building for a five-year term, with the option
to renew for two additional five-year terms.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute a lease agreement
with ARINC, Incorporated for land and improvements to include the lease of equipment space
in the terminal building at the Corpus Christi International Airport for a lease term of five years,
with an option to renew for an additional five-year term, for the purpose of facilitating the
provision of Lessee's aeronautical activities.
SECTION 2. The lease agreement is effective upon approval of the City Council and
execution by the City Manager, or his designee.
