Motion authorizing execution of a one-year service agreement, with two one-year options,
with Evoqua Water Technologies, LLC, of Sarasota, Florida, in an amount not to exceed
$76,547.00, and a potential amount of $220,641.00 if the options are exercised, for
maintenance of odor control units at the wastewater treatment plants and lift stations, with
FY 2023 funding of $31, 894.58 from the Wastewater Fund.

authorized representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that
the money required for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation
or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from
which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments
are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council.
