Motion authorizing a professional services contract amendment No. 1 with CP&Y Inc.,
San Antonio, Texas, to provide design and construction phase services for Navigation
Pump Station Improvements in an amount of $1,250,552.00 for a total restated fee not to
exceed $1,530,765.00, located in council district 1, with FY 2023 funding available from
Water Capital Fund.

not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
