A quorum of the City Council may attend. If a quorum is present, this will be considered
an open, public meeting during the time a quorum is present. However, as a
governmental body, the City Council will not vote, order, decide, deliberate, or otherwise
take any Council action on any items discussed.

1. 23-1777 a. Proclamation declaring Coastal Bend World War II Heritage Cities
b. Commendation recognizing Bobby Smith Sr., for his achievements as a
nationally recognized football player and a Roy Miller High School
Buccaneer Athletics Hall of Fame Inductee.
c. Proclamation declaring October 30 -November 3, 2023, as "National
Veterans Small Business Week".
d. Proclamation declaring October 28, 2023, as "National First
Responders Day".
e. Proclamation declaring October 24, 2023, as "World Polio Day".
f. Swearing -In Ceremony for Newly Appointed Board, Commission,
Committee and Corporation Members.
