Subject: Bond 2020 Proposition B - North Beach Restrooms & Parking Facilities

The Bond 2020 Proposition B— North Beach Restrooms and Parking Facilities project will require City
facilities to occupy City right of way on Surfside Boulevard and Avenue C to locate the improvements
near the beach as shown in Exhibit A. Public Works will utilize a portion of the right of way of Surfside
Boulevard and Avenue C to accommodate this City capital project and delegate management of the
occupied area to the Parks & Recreation Department.
The Public Works Department consents to the occupation of the City facility on City Right of Way on
Surfside Boulevard and Avenue C and will maintain the street portion of Avenue C and Surfside
Boulevard. The Parks & Recreation Department consents to the management and maintenance of
the occupied area of the right of way.
