Motion authorizing an Amendment to the Agreement for the City -Operated Corpus
Christi-Nueces County Public Health District (CC-NCPHD), identifying Nueces County
membership contributions for FY 23-24 of $1,765,296 for Public Health Services with
such contributions renewing annually, providing annual negotiation for additional
contributions, and commencement of a Sunset review by October 1, 2024.
At a meeting of the City Council on 10/31/2023, this Motion was passed.
