the Nueces County Appraisal District, Nueces County Texas
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Nueces County Appraisal District Voting Agreement of
1979, as amended in 2009 and 2013, the Corpus Christi City Council appoints members for
place 3 and 4 on the Board of Directors of the Nueces County Appraisal District.
NOW, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The Corpus Christi City Council appoints Deven S. Bhakta to Place 3 on the
Board of Directors, Nueces County Appraisal District for the for the two-year term from
January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2025.
SECTION 2. The Corpus Christi City Council appoints Gerardo "Jerry" Garcia to Place 4
on the Board of Directors, Nueces County Appraisal District for the two-year term from
January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2025.
