Hispanica for Lichtenstein House at 1616 N. Chaparral Street, in
consideration of monthly rental payments of $400 a month.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or designee is authorized to execute a one-year lease
agreement with the Instituto de Cultura Hispanica for the use of the Lichtenstein House
located at 1616 N. Chaparral Street, in consideration of monthly rental payments of $400
a month, with a 5% increase each year the lease is renewed. A copy of the lease
agreement is on file with the City Secretary.
