BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. The FY 2023-2024 Capital Budget, adopted by Ordinance No. 033151, is amended to appropriate $220,517.00 and increase expenditures by $220,517.00. SECTION 2. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute a professional services contract with Freese and Nichols in an amount not to exceed 220,517.00 to perform a feasibility study and submit a grant application to the United States Bureau of Reclamation.
