Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to submit an application and
to execute all necessary documents with Coastal Bend Council of Governments for
the continuation of the Elderly Nutrition Program. The contract contains a budget
which includes $480,379 in Older Americans' Act funds, $112,027 in USDA Cash In
Lieu of Commodity funds, $261,264 in City funds and $35,526 in projected donations
from program participants for a total grant budget of $889,196. The required City
matching funds are proposed in the FY 1991-92 budget.
