A quorum of the City Council may attend. If a quorum is present, this will be considered
an open, public meeting during the time a quorum is present. However, as a

1. 23-1527 a. Commendation recognizing Bishop Emeritus Rene H. Gracida for his
Legacy of service in the Catholic Community.
b. Proclamation declaring the City of Corpus Christi's appreciation for
Chairman Todd Hunter's service and leadership in the 88th Texas
Legislature.
c. Commendation recognizing Islander Athletics for their Championship
season in Men's & Women's Tennis & Beach Volleyball.
d. Commendation recognizing Christine Lamb as the 2023, Del Mar
College Teacher of the Year.
e. Swearing -In Ceremony for Newly Appointed Board, Commission,
Committee and Corporation Members.
