361-826-3105) at least 48 hours in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be
made.

A quorum of the City Council may attend. If a quorum is present, this will be
considered an open, public meeting during the time a quorum is present. However, as
a governmental body, the City Council will not vote, order, decide, deliberate, or
otherwise take any Council action on any items discussed.
A. Ceremonial Items
1. 23-1870 a. Proclamation recognizing South Texas Military Task Force for their
continued advocacy in our community.
b. Commendation recognizing Lisa Coates from Tom Browne Middle
School as November's Teacher of the Month.
c. Proclamation declaring November 12-18, 2023, as "National Nurse
Practitioner Week'.
d. Proclamation declaring November 14, 2023, as "Coastal Bend Day of
Giving
