A quorum of the City Council may attend. If a quorum is present, this will be considered
an open, public meeting during the time a quorum is present. However, as a
governmental body, the City Council will not vote, order, decide, deliberate, or otherwise
take any Council action on any items discussed.

23-1906 a. Proclamation declaring November 13-17, 2023, as "National Hunger &
Homelessness Awareness Week'.
b. Proclamation declaring December 8, 2023, as "Special Hearts Day'.
c. Proclamation declaring December 1, 2023, as "World AIDS Day".
d. Commendation recognizing Nolan's Restaurant for serving our
community for over 70 years.
e. Swearing -In Ceremony for Newly Appointed Board, Commission,
Committee and Corporation Members.
