23-2002 a. Commendation recognizing Keith Perez from Foy H. Moody High
School as December's Teacher of the Month.
b. Proclamation declaring December 12, 2023, as "Texas Gulf Surfing
Association Day".
c. Commendation honoring Gates Donut Shop for their contributions to our
community for over 80 years.
