Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to enter into an agreement with
the Corpus Christi Port Authority by which the Department of Public Utilities will
be compensated for maintaining and repairing gravity and pressure collection system
in the Rincon/Bufleson area located on Corpus Christi Beach.
