Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or designee is authorized to execute a one-year
Interlocal Agreement, with two one-year extension options, with Texas A&M University
Corpus Christi for environmental monitoring, for a total amount not to exceed $ 217,545,
with a total potential multi-year not to exceed amount of $ 588,454 with FY2024 funding
from Water and Storm Water Funds. A copy of the agreement is on file in the Office of
the City Secretary.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the City Council.
