A quorum of the City Council may attend. If a quorum is present, this will be considered
an open, public meeting during the time a quorum is present. However, as a
governmental body, the City Council will not vote, order, decide, deliberate, or otherwise
take any Council action on any items discussed.

24-0039 a. Commendation recognizing Kaleigh Boening from Oak Park Elementary
School as January's Teacher of the Month.
b. Proclamation declaring January 9, 2024, as "Thank the Donor Program
Day".
c. Proclamation declaring the month of January 2024, as "Human
Trafficking Awareness and Prevention Month".
d. Presentation of Mayor's Merriest Judging Winners.
