Submarine Memorial, Inc for placement and maintenance of the "USS
City of Corpus Christi" Submarine Sail at Sherrill Veterans Memorial
Park.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or designee is authorized to execute an agreement
with City of CC SSN-705 Submarine Memorial, Inc for placement and maintenance of the
"USS City of Corpus Christi" Submarine Sail at Sherrill Veterans Memorial Park. A copy
of the agreement is on file in the Office of the City Secretary.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the City Council.
