A quorum of the City Council may attend. If a quorum is present, this will be
considered an open, public meeting during the time a quorum is present. However, as

24-0277 a. Commendation honoring Mrs. Regina Snyder of Robert Driscoll
Middle School as February's Teacher of the Month.
b. Proclamation declaring February 27, 2024, as City-Wide Bluesday
Tuesday.
c. Commendation recognizing Black Diamond Oyster Bar for their
contributions to our community for over 50 years.
d. Commendation honoring City of Corpus Christi Vital Records Division
on their recent Five Star Service Award.
