Motion authorizing a professional services contract with Turner Ramirez Architects,
Corpus Christi, Texas, for the design of a new Whitecap Wastewater Treatment Plant
(WWTP) Operation & Control Center located in Council District 4, in an amount not to
exceed $290,752.00, with FY 2024 funding available from Revenue Bonds.

not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
by the City Council.
