Towne Subdivision with Braselton Development Company, Ltd for
public park improvements in lieu of the park development fees.
WHEREAS, the developer is developing London Towne Subdivision,
being approximately 214.34 acres;
WHEREAS, the Developer proposed to dedicate land & construct park
improvements in the London Towne subdivision in lieu of the community
enrichment & park development fees described in UDC, Subsection 8.3.6; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to have the park
improvements installed by the Developer in conjunction with the Developer's
Final Plat.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute a park
improvement agreement for London Towne Subdivision with Braselton Development
Company, Ltd for public park improvements in lieu of the park development fees
pursuant to UDC 8.3.8.
