Motion approving the purchase of a time clock system in accordance with Request
for Proposal File No. BI-0163-91 from Gulf Coast Time Recorder Co., Corpus
Christi, Texas, for $31,966 based on most advantageous proposal. The time clock
system will be used by the Water, Wastewater and Gas Departments and is listed in
the FY 90-91 Capital Outlay.
