A quorum of the City Council may attend. If a quorum is present, this will be considered
an open, public meeting during the time a quorum is present. However, as a
governmental body, the City Council will not vote, order, decide, deliberate, or otherwise
take any Council action on any items discussed.
A. Ceremonial Items
24-0333 a. Proclamation declaring March 8, 15, & 22, 2024, as "Fill-the-Boot for the
Muscular Dystrophy Association Days".
b. Commendation honoring the late Oscar Martinez for his contributions to
Tejano music and to our community.
c. Proclamation declaring February 23, 2024, as "119th Anniversary of the
Founding of Rotary International".
d. Presentation of the Yokosuka Sister City Gift.
