Motion authorizing the acquisition of an Emergency Standby Power and
Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) for the City Hall computer center in accordance
with Bid Invitation No. BI-0170-91, based on low bid of $102,900, from International
Business Machines Corporation (IBM), Corpus Christi, Texas. This price includes
all equipment, site preparation, and four years maintenance beyond the initial one-
year warranty.
