Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a five-year lease purchase
agreement, by and through IBM Credit Corporation, and authorizing the Purchasing
Agent to execute such security instruments, UCC Statements and other such
instruments as required by such lease purchase agreement. The equipment will be
purchased on a five-year lease purchase plan at 6.82 percent per annum. Including
interest, the total price for the UPS is estimated at $121,740.
