Motion approving a supply agreement for wastewater analyses in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. BI-0211-91 with AnalySys, Inc., Austin, Texas, based on low bid for an
estimated annual expenditure of $44,476.60. The term of the agreement shall be
twelve months with an option to extend for up to an additional twelve months subject
to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. This testing
is used by the Wastewater Division and funds have been budgeted for FY 90-91 and
requested for FY 91-92.
