FARM LEASE RENEWAL AGREEMENT
WITH MATT DANYSH FARMS, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Corpus Christi (“City”) and Matt Danysh Farms, Inc. (“Lessee”) entered
into a lease (“Lease”), authorized by Ordinance No. 031475 to allow farming on 692.35 acres on
Airport property (Exhibit A);
WHEREAS, the Lease allows the lease term to be renewed upon one additional three-year term
upon agreement between the City and Lessee;
WHEREAS, the Lease expired September 30, 2023, and Lessee has requested to renew the
Lease for the additional three-year term under the renewal clause (Exhibit B); and
WHEREAS, Lessee has already remitted lease paymentof $73,278.32 for the first year of the
renewal term that runs from October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024.
NOW THEREFORE, the Lease between the City and the Lessee authorized by Ordinance No.
031475 is renewed for an additional three years.
1.The term of the Lease is extended from October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2026.
2.The leased property is a 692.35-acre tract of land located at the Corpus Christi
International Airport.
3.All other conditions and requirements of the Lease remain unchanged.
