amount of $625,000 to the Texas Water Development Board's Clean
Water State Revolving Fund Emerging Contaminants Program for a
feasibility study and pilot test for PFAS Removal at Greenwood
Wastewater Treatment Plant; authorizing staff and consultants to
coordinate the submission of the application.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS THAT:
S ECTION 1. The City Council authorizes execution of all documents necessary for
submission of a grant application seeking financial assistance from the Texas Water
Development Board in the amount of $625,000.00 for the Greenwood Wastewater
Treatment Plant PFAS Removal Pilot Project.
S ECTION 2. The City Manager, Assistant City Managers, Chief Operating Officer and
the City Manager's designee are authorized to execute contractual documents between
the Texas Water Development Board and City of Corpus Christi.
S ECTION 3. The Director of Finance & Business Analysis, Controller, and the City
Manager's designee are authorized to execute financial documents between the Texas
Water Development Board and the City of Corpus Christi.
S ECTION 4. STV, Inc. is authorized to aid and assist in the preparation and submission
of the application and appear on behalf of and represent the City of Corpus Christi before
any hearing held by the Texas Water Development Board on such application.
