A quorum of the City Council may attend. If a quorum is present, this will be considered
an open,public meeting during the time a quorum is present. However, as a
governmental body, the City Council will not vote, order, decide, deliberate, or otherwise
take any Council action on any items discussed.

24-0558 a. Commendation honoring Allison Leichty from Moses Menger
Elementary School as Mayor's Teacher of the Month.
b. Proclamation declaring the month of April 2024, as "Month of the
Military Child".
c. Commendation recognizing the Flour Bluff High School NJROTC cadets
for their recent State Championship victory.
d. Proclamation declaring the month of April 2024, as "Earth Month"&
April 13, 2024, as "Earth Day-Bay Day".
e. Proclamation declaring April 6-12, 2024, as "Week of the Young Child
Celebration".
