Motion approving a supply agreement for meal delivery service consisting of
approximately 95,000 meals for the Elderly Nutrition Program in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. BI-0008-92 with R & R Delivery Service, Corpus Christi, Texas, based
on Iow bid for the estimated annual expenditure of $107,049. The term of the
contract shall be twelve months with option to extend for up to an additional twelve
months subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee.
This service will be administered by Senior Community Services and funds have been
budgeted for FY 91-92.
