Motion to reappoint Rudy Tamez as presiding judge of the Municipal Court of
Corpus Christi, Texas, and judge of Division A; reappoint Bill Monkres as associate
judge of said court, presiding over Division B; reappoint Melene Dodson as associate
judge of said court, presiding over Division C; appoint Don Alex as associate judge
of said court, presiding over Division D; reappoint Chuck Vanaman as associate
judge of said court, presiding over Division E and set their salaries within the range
set by the City Compensation ordinance giving a three percent increase to Judge
Tamez, Judge Monkres and Judge Dodson; setting newly appointed Associate Judge
Don Alex at the minimum range under the City Compensation Ordinance and to give
the salary range for Chuck Vanaman as established by an agreement with the Nueces
County.
