Motion approving a service contract for water treatment for various City facilities in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0135-91 with Aqua Process, Inc., Houston,
Texas based on low bid for the estimated annual expenditure of $17,880. The term
of the contract shall be twelve months with option to extend for up to two additional
twelve-month periods subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager
or his designee. This service will be used by various City facilities for water-cooled
air conditioning equipment and hot water boilers. Funds have been budgeted for FY
91-92.
