Motion authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a contract for
Inspection Services with Horizon Systems, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $14,000.
This project is associated with the Security Access Control System and Perimeter
Fencing Project at the Corpus Christi International Airport.
