Motion authorizing the City Manager to take action necessary to refund outstanding
General Improvements Bonds in an amount up to $15 million in conjunction with the
sale of $11,550,000 General Improvement Bonds, Series 1992; authorizing the sale
of $3,000,000 Combination Tax and Municipal Hotel Tax Revenue Certificates of
Obligation, Series 1992; and the sale of $500,000 Combination Tax and Marina
Revenue Certificates of Obligation, Series 1992-A; and approving use of the
Preliminary Official Statement.
