Motion approving Amendment No. 1 to the contract for engineering services with
Black & Veatch, Inc., in association with Welsh Engineering, in the amount of
$103,000 for Design and Construction Phase services to provide modifications and
improvements to the Water Distribution System in the Northwest Area to provide
improved pressures and volumes.
