Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 57,000 feet of W', 1", and 2" polyethylene pipe
and 1,050 fittings with Plexco, Franklin Park, Illinois, based on low bid for the estimated annual
expenditure of $27,790.20 in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0048-92. The term of the contract
shall be twelve months with option to extend for up to an additional twelve months subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. The pipe and fittings are used by the
Gas Division and funds have been budgeted for FY 91-92.
